Strawberry Banana Protein Shake Recipe

Portable Mini Blender-This recipe is my absolute favorite, and it does not disappoint.

It combines several kinds of fruits and is likely to be placed in the refrigerator or kitchen at home.

When you start using it, please make sure not to use any ice cubes when making it, otherwise, you will lose the lovely creamy flavor. Just like my chocolate milkshake protein smoothie recipe, I’m sure you will like this basic but fully filled milkshake.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup choosed milk (I use organic skimmed milk powder or unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 scoop of choosed vanilla protein powder (I use 100% whey isolate powder)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender in order, and then blend them together at Portable Mini Blender.
  2. After mixing thoroughly, pour the protein shake into a glass and serve.
  3. Enjoy and enjoy immediately.

An iced glass can help keep this protein in good and low temperature shaking and prevent it from flowing too fast, especially if you live in a warm place.
 

Chocolate protein smoothie recipe

It is simple and delicious and can be made into a perfect recovery milkshake after a workout. There are only four ingredients, but you can adjust this recipe to include what you like!

You need to use frozen bananas to do it-I use frozen bananas because it provides carbohydrates that help provide energy and accelerate muscle recovery after PWR or PWR exercise at home. Bananas also make this smoothie super creamy and delicious!

I always make sure there are bananas in the refrigerator. If you have bananas that look older, don’t waste them! There are many different ways to use it, such as this strawberry banana protein shake.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup skimmed milk 
  • 1.5 scoops of chocolate protein powder (I use 100% whey isolate)
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla almond butter (or nut butter)

Blender-Method

  1. Add the ingredients to the Portable Mini Blender, and finally put in the frozen bananas, and then blend until smoothie consistency.
  2. Pour the smoothie into the cup. If you like, however,you might as well add some cocoa powder or even dark chocolate on top.
  3. Service and enjoy immediately.

On the contrary, this smoothie and frozen banana have no ice, which does give it super thick, creamy, milkshake consistency-I only use a spoon to eat mine seriously because it is thick and delicious.

If you want to make this smoothie at breakfast, also you can add oats, chia seeds, or dates to provide lasting energy for your day.

Almond Oatmeal Cookie Batter Protein Shake

Ingredient

  • ¾ cup skimmed milk (or milk)
  • 2 scoops of vanilla 100% whey protein isolate powder (or protein powder)
  • 1 packet of instant oatmeal, maple, and brown sugar-flavored with flaxseed (or oatmeal)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla almond butter
  • ¾ cup of ice

Blender-Method

Add everything to the Portable Mini Blender, finally put in ice cubes, then blend until smoothie consistency.
